Scope and operator
These terms govern the use of SwissLove, a dating service for adults in Switzerland, offered by Hajer Maher, Rue de Gruyères 82, 1630 Bulle, Switzerland. By creating an account you accept these terms as well as the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
Eligibility — 18 or older
Registration requires that you are at least 18 years old. The 18+ confirmation during registration is a self-declaration. It is not a strong identity or age verification; the operator may request verification and suspend accounts that violate the age rule. [To decide — the verification process to apply, legal review].
Community conduct
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines, in particular: respectful behaviour, authentic profiles, no harassment, discrimination, explicit content, scam attempts or illegal material. Violations can lead to content removal, hiding, suspension or deletion of your account.
Free service and points
SwissLove 1.0 is a completely free service. There are no paid memberships, subscriptions or purchases, and no payment details are collected. Points are an in-app credit with no monetary value; they cannot be bought with money, paid out or exchanged.
Availability and matching
The service is provided as is and its availability is not guaranteed. No specific number of matches, contacts or outcomes is promised.
Ending the contract
You can end your contract at any time by deleting your account in Settings. The operator may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or the guidelines, after reviewing the reports received. [To decide — the review process before suspension, legal review].
